William Yeates shares his approach to living well with dementia, based on his own journey with Young Onset Alzheimer's which began in 2019. On his website, he shares his personal experience and advocacy efforts as well as offering guidance to others through his tree of positivity. You can review the tree he created for himself as well as creating your own tree that represents your goals for living well day to day.
Pete Middleton writes about his journey of living with Alzheimer's since 2019. Some blog entries share information on dementia-related issues, some share his creative poems and stories, and many share his experience of coping with the challenges dementia brings to daily life.
Videos & Podcasts for People Living with Brain Changes
Bonnie, who has vascular dementia and white matter disease, shares how she found hope and support after her diagnosis. She talks about how she shared her diagnosis with family and friends. She also explains how online support groups give her motivation and tips for overcoming obstacles in daily life.
